Keto fish sticks, am I proper? You had been over there considering that no person keto-fies fish sticks, proper? Well I’m all about keto consolation meals, and for me, this can be a critical consolation meals.

One of my favourite dinners as a child was fish sticks dipped in ketchup, whereas watching cartoons with my cousins. My ode to these TV dinners? These crispy, flaky, keto fish sticks which have developed into grownup-pleasant dippables. I like to supply Homemade Champagne Ketchup and/or Lemon-Dill Tartar Sauce on the aspect.

Lemon Parmesan-Crusted Fish Sticks Recipe

Servings: 2

Prep Time: 10 minutes| Cooking Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • further virgin olive oil
  • 1, giant egg
  • half cup, crushed positive pork rinds (used a blender or meals processor)
  • 1/four cup, grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • four tilapia fillets, rinsed, patted dry, and lower into 1 x four-inch strips.

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 levels F.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack over the baking sheet and calmly grease it with somewhat olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, calmly beat the egg.

  4. In one other small bowl, mix the crushed pork rinds, parmesan cheese, almond flour, and lemon pepper seasoning.

  5. The fish strips must be rinsed, patted dry, and lower into 1-by-four inch strips. Dip every fish strip into the crushed egg, then into the dry combine, then place on the rack over the baking sheet.

  6. Bake the fish sticks for 15 minutes. Serve scorching along with your favourite dipping sauce.
